* Remove admin macro scope and related visibility logic The ADMIN macro scope and AdminMacrosDisplay enum are no longer used. This removes them along with the associated query, permission, and delete logic, simplifying macro operations to ORGANIZATION and PROJECT scopes only. Made-with: Cursor * PR comments
