Add many new PNG sprite assets to Pkmds.Rcl (under wwwroot/sprites/a and wwwroot/sprites/ai) to expand item/animation graphics, and add TestFiles/legends-za. All added files are new binary assets (PNGs) intended to extend the project's sprite library.
