1. Install ReasonML dependencies

2. Clone repo

   git clone https://github.com/codinglawyer/reason-tic-tac-toe

3. Install npm dependencies

   yarn

4. Start dev server

   yarn start

5. Open your browser

   http://localhost:3000/
