Code Review
This pull request updates the versions for the spiffe-enable-ui, spiffe-helper, and spiffe-enable-init container images. The changes are straightforward version bumps. My review includes one suggestion to improve code consistency and maintainability by using const instead of var for the image definitions.
| SPIFFEHelperImage = "ghcr.io/spiffe/spiffe-helper:0.10.1" | ||
| InitHelperImage = "ghcr.io/cofide/spiffe-enable-init:v0.2.3" |

For better code clarity and to prevent accidental modification, these image strings, which appear to be constants, should be declared using the const keyword instead of var. This is consistent with how DefaultDebugUIImage is defined in internal/const/const.go.
The surrounding var block should be changed to const:
const (
SPIFFEHelperImage = "ghcr.io/spiffe/spiffe-helper:0.10.1"
InitHelperImage = "ghcr.io/cofide/spiffe-enable-init:v0.2.3"
)
