Add health checks for all services in the docker compose file. All services now show as healthy when running
docker ps@coleam00 - Thank you for all your work! I have a couple more PRs coming in next few days to address the 'Found orphan containers' warnings and inability for docker to delete the
localai_defaultnetwork under some circumstances.
