Test is currently failing on pipeline becuase the OpenAI API key is out of credits, works on local every time, I've pinged IT to update the key |

Details
Online scoring via LLM test was previously deleted due to issues. Rewrote the test and brought it together in the same suite as the rule creation test. We now have a full basic LLM online scoring E2E test.
