Preview sync: audio playback, geocode fixes, and recent fork changes

Purpose

This PR is being opened primarily to use the upstream preview environment for phone-accessible testing.

Includes

• dashboard route clip audio playback
• geocode test fixes and live smoke test split
• the recent fork UI/workflow changes currently on Mahdi451/new-connect master

Notes

• this is meant to validate the combined state in preview
• the fork remains the source of truth for ongoing work
