Add mainline DRM panel driver for the Samsung EA8074 1080x2160 AMOLED DSI panel on the comma 3X (tizi). Ported from robin-linux and adapted for Linux 6.18 mipi_dsi_multi_context API. - Panel driver patch (Kconfig, Makefile, panel-samsung-ea8074.c) - DTS: enable MDSS, DSI, DSI PHY, and panel nodes for tizi - Config: enable DRM_MSM, DSI, panel, backlight, LLCC, OCMEM
