Fixing broken links, discontinued tools and typos

• I changed all the dead links in the filtered list that Lemons provided on Discord, also attached to this PR.
• I had to rewrite some texts, especially those that referred to now deprecated tools, but I tried not to remove anything.
• Cleaned up some spelling issues and other little things.

Added

• New note on API docs because I was cleaning up the aliases on the Obsidian Help note...
• Added links and people where appropriate.
