Updated My Cyber Glow Theme and My Author Pages

I updated the github links and my current username on Cyber Glow page as it was still highlighting an old username I am no longer associated with, and updated the Customization settings for Style settings on Cyber Glow page,

Added

Included my most recent theme RetroOS 98 on my author page

None of the checklist apply, as I am updating existing notes related to me and my theme.

Checklist

• before creating a new note, I searched the vault
• new notes have the .md extension
• (if applicable) attached images have descriptive file names
