This adds link filter extractor for VoID datasets that declare both
uriSpaceoruriRegexPatternandsparqlEndpoint, to avoid unnecessarily traversing documents if the same dataset is available also through a SPARQL endpoint.This is a draft for now, and builds upon the changes in #153
