I set only Windows and Linux as supported OS.
I excluded MacOS. Even though the lack of support is not explicitly stated, level-zero seems to be only aimed at Windows and Linux (with glibc) and would not build on MacOS.

And for some reason MacOS still runs in CI even though I made it an invalid configuration.
