Pure refactor, moving "mode" from conans to conan namespace
There is some risk this will break users that were abusing and using the undocumented
from conansfor things that exists in theclilayer in commands, that users might have copied & pasted, like:It is very likely that RecipeReference and PkgReference we want them as part of the public API somewhere too, to be discussed.
