This generator (available as experimental from Conan 2.25) is designed as a replacement of the current ``CMakeDeps`` generator, with multiple pending fixes and improvements that couldn't easily be done in the current one without breaking.

For me, it's not fully clear that you don't have to use the conf any more if you are instantiating the generator explicitly. Maybe we can add a note or expand this one saying something similar to this:

Starting with Conan 2.25, ``CMakeConfigDeps`` can be used directly without enabling any special configuration.
The ``tools.cmake.cmakedeps:new=will_break_next`` configuration remains available only to automatically replace
``CMakeDeps`` with ``CMakeConfigDeps`` for migration/testing purposes.
