Since this is a purely additive build, I'd be fine to merge this with skip: true # [py==314] (though without rerendering) and then pushing a [ci skip] commit that reverts the skip.

Let's do this. CI already passed for the whole of Python 3.14 in a previous commit. The failures here are simply networking issues.
