Hey team, this is a quick/small PR to rerender and pick up the latest compilers. It looks like the previous ftp host of the source code is no longer available, so I’ve moved to a source forge mirror.

Hey @jakirkham while working on getting uwsgi rebuilt, there was an issue with LTO failing due to objectfiles with GCC version <=9. At first, I thought it was related to PCRE, and looked to update this feedstock which was currently stuck because the ftp host was removed from pcre. I've noticed that this isn't necessary, but this change still seems like an improvement, but I totally defer to you!
