Add additonal platforms

This pull request updates the build configuration for the conda-forge recipe, primarily to improve platform compatibility and increment the build number for a new release. The most important changes are:

Build platform improvements:

• Added configuration to build and test on additional platforms, including support for emulated testing and cross-building for linux_aarch64 and osx_arm64 using linux_64 and osx_64 respectively (conda-forge.yml).

Build metadata update:

• Incremented the build number from 0 to 1 to indicate a new build release (recipe/recipe.yaml).
