I don't think we should be including this list here. Perhaps at a later date. If you look at the latest changes I made to PR#34 we should stick to the few very surgical absolutely required mentions, as it's more likely to get our changes accepted by the WG.
This reads (I presume, to them) as a big to-do list and is likely to generate pushback.
I prefer we merge PR#34 instead.
