Retro: PR #3374 — Automated dependency digest bump

PR: #3374 — Update e2e-tests digest (MintMaker/Renovate bot)

Timeline:

1. Bot opened PR with a 2-line digest bump in .tekton/cli-e2e-pull-request.yaml (01:39 UTC)
2. Review agent approved in ~7 min with "Looks good to me", applied ready-for-merge label (01:48 UTC)
3. Human reviewer (cuipinghuo) approved ~13 hours later (14:28 UTC)
4. PR merged (14:29 UTC)
5. Retro agent dispatched post-merge (14:29 UTC)

Assessment: The review agent performed correctly — it identified a trivial bot-authored digest bump and approved it quickly. No issues were missed. However, three optimization opportunities exist, all of which are already tracked in fullsend-ai/fullsend:

1. Retro dispatch waste — This retro run itself is low-value (trivial bot PR, clean approval, no findings). Covered by #2739 and #2638.
2. Time to merge — Despite ready-for-merge being applied at 01:48 UTC, the PR waited ~13 hours for a human approval before merging. Auto-merge for Renovate-style PRs is covered by #691 (open) and #2506 (recently closed, suggesting partial progress).
3. Review cost for trivial bot PRs — The review agent spent ~3.5 min and generated a 95KB artifact for a 2-line change. Fast-path / cheaper model options are covered by #2842, #2639, and #1358.

No new proposals. All identified improvements are already tracked as open issues upstream.
