Purpose
Copy the values from the selected source locale to all selected target locales.
Approach
For now we're copying all values, including references (so all target locales will point to the same entry as the source locale). Navigating the reference tree and updating field of referenced entries will come in a later PR.
For now we're also updating all fields of the entry until we add the possibility to select which field to adopt in the UI.
Testing steps
Automated tests were added.
