Feat(service): Add ONLYOFFICE Document Server one-click service

Changes

• Created OnlyOffice document server configuration file.

What still needs to be done

• I still need to add docs via Coolify Docs to show how to use this service in other applications like Seafile, Nextcloud and others. I will create this with @ShadowArcanist approval once I get confirmation that yall want this.
• I will change the documentation url to point to the Coolify docs instead of OnlyOffice docs because of the specifics that need to happen for it to be integrated in other services are relatively complex.

Testing

For testing I did the following.

1. Pasted the file into a new empty docker compose and tested to make sure that it worked.
2. Added OnlyOffice to Seafile (see comment below) on exactly how I did it step by step). I did not test other platforms like Nextcloud and I will do it once I have approval.
