feat(service): add dograh

Changes

I've added the AI Voice-Assistant alternative called 'Dograh', that could be used as replacement for SaaS Solutions like VAPI or Retell. It contains a STUN-Server for WebRTC-Calls so the caveat is that inserting the NAT IP-Address as environment variable is neccessary. Didn't found any better solution for that, most phone / telephony servers are strict bound and are relying to static port assignments. Dograh does not serve a logo in SVG file format, the image now is from the press-kit on their website.
