fix: update email link in S3 connection error notification

Changes

• The link in the S3 error email was pointing to localhost instead of the actual Coolify URL. This happened because the link was built using the wrong Laravel function. I switched it to use the same function the rest of the app uses, which knows the correct URL of the Coolify instance.
