fcmRest is a custom FCM webApi helper on top of asp.net webApi framework.
$ Clone this repo and open in visual studio
$ Replace FCM_SERVER_KEY and FCM_SENDER_ID in Default.aspx.cs with your own keys from firebase console -> project settings -> cloud messanging- v2 Migration
