Vanilla Player Model Updates

Finished updating Mario's model, as well as all the plumbers' textures. Currently in the process of updating Luigi, Wario, Waluigi and Toad's model.inc.c and geo.inc.c files to match with Mario.
The new color combiners use a lot less textures for the sideburns and logos, and all metal related materials only need the vanilla textures.
Wario and Toad have major model updates, Wario is getting a facelift and Toad will be indistinguishable from NPC Toads.
Luigi and Waluigi have light model updates regarding recentering Luigi's eyes and texturing Waluigi's nose to match with Wario.
