We would previously baseline both stdout/stderr and `conn.log` while this package only adds a notice. Drop them from the baseline to avoid unnecessary churn.

This cleans up test baselines, both for cleanliness and for easier maintenance across different Zeek versions (as is the test suite did not pass with zeek-8 which meant the package could not be installed with a default
zkg install).
