this looks really good and is a huge improvement from what we had before. error barrier works too!

Replaced Admin Dash Calendar with Timeline
This PR implements some design components created last semester for the admin interface along with a handful of cleanup/minor refactoring tasks, such as removing unused vars, functions, stylesheets, hook calls, etc.
