Chelsea post launch referral and cart fixes

Applied some changes to the referrals:

• changed the searchParams from ?code= to ?referrer=
• allowed real time updates to referrals badge when managing referrers

Added a new depop-like cart to allow users to checkout more easily for the items they picked out
