version 1: reasonable functionality release

this version contains the functionality from the code, moved from GLI to methadone for CLI use.

• some of the filters that restrict posting were removed.
• updated to the modern ruby syntax for hashes (ie: no hashrockets)
• changes pref file format from json to YAML for relative user-friendliness
