Corrected multiple typos to improve code clarity and consistency:

• Renamed method SetAddtionalEndpoints to SetAdditionalEndpoints in packager.go
• Fixed Blcok → Block in CosmosStatus struct field name
• Fixed PrvodierValconsAddress → ProviderValconsAddress in ProviderValidator struct
