Adds information on how to configure cbdinocluster with Capella.

Generally we discourage directly modifying the cbdinocluster file and instead users should use cbdinocluster init to produce the file. Feel free to reopen this if there is a specific reason modifying the file is useful for you though and we can try to integrate that into the tool.
