Support building linux c test server locally#379
Merged
Conversation
Now when you ask for a <version>-0 (build number 0) the test server build process will interpret that as 'I want a release build' and not go to the web service to check. This means that now for releases this project can be run outside the Couchbase private network.

Support building a c test server on linux. Tested on my local linux setup. The hard requirement is supporting this without a VPN. Everything else is flexible, including the command line invocation.
