This SQL file calculates margins per trade by considering protocol fees, partner fees, quote rewards, and solver rewards. It includes various common table expressions (CTEs) to gather necessary data and perform calculations for accurate margin reporting.
Update quote_solver to conditionally use is_eligible_for_quote_reward
