Add support for Hyundai WS Senzor 77(TH), timing fix for UPM/Esic

This PR provides the following:

• 2 new display functions - Temperature Decimal (TEMPD) for human-readable temperature output with one decimal digit (+/-xx.x) and Trend (TREND) for temperature change trend (UP/DOWN/STABLE)
• support for Hyundai WS Senzor 77(TH) outdoor unit as plugin 051 (utilising 2 new display functions)
• fix for UPM/Esic (plugin 042) - bringing back correct timing then adjusting it slightly to better intercept traffic for this protocol
