Removes the explicit rTorrent bind address configuration from the generated template. Leaving the bind address unset matches current upstream behavior better than forcing legacy or dual-stack bind directives. This avoids obsolete
network.bind_address.setworkaround and also avoids startup failures caused by explicitly binding both wildcard IPv4 and IPv6 sockets in some environments.
