test (e2e) : add missing comma in run.ps1 PowerShell param block

Relates to: #4652

While fixing #4633 I made a mistake by not adding trailing comma, maybe this is causing the failure reported in #4652

Proposed changes

• Corrected the syntax error by adding a missing comma between $crcMemory and $crcBinaryDir parameters.
• Fixed the typo in the HelpMessage for $bundleLocation from "paht" to "path".
