This PR:

  • Migrates all JS-only code to TS
  • Migrates to picocolor over chalk
  • Migrates to TanStack Config for build
  • Moves us to a monorepo
  • Adds a specific import for jest, jest-globals and vitest extends
  • Fixes ESM broken #29
  • Adds a documentation website based on Astro Starlight
