Adds an --explore flag that overrides the following config:

  • StopOnFailedTest: false
  • StopOnNoTests: false
  • AssertionTesting.Enabled: false
  • PropertyTesting.Enabled: false
  • OptimizationTesting.Enabled: false

This allows Medusa to imitate the Echidna exploration mode behavior, per #463
