Data Management: Our top priority is to ensure the website application functions properly before connecting a continuous flow of data from the Wildcat Newswire We plan to use previous Wildcat Newswires as a source for testing the application while we also continue to work separately with UNIT to coordinate how their data is stored Complexity: Our main tools that we plan to utilize to combat overwhelming complexity is consistent feedback from users This will help ensure that the application is easy to learn and use from customers that do not have a lot of experience with the website Deadline: Since this is a team project, we plan to mitigate the risk of not delivering our project on time by maintaining clear communication skills and keeping our Trello Board as up to date as possible
