TLDR: the Nightscout uploads didn't work, because the Ottai readings weren't mirrored into the native stream
Ottai readings were only stored in the managed Room history, while Nightscout reads from the native glucose stream. Accepted Ottai readings are now mirrored into that stream, matching other managed CGM integrations, with successful live readings triggering an upload wake.
