Once this is deployed to prod, @chrisrlc will run 2 scripts on prod for handling changes related to Cornell-specific features:

• scripts/once/update_iiif_image_id.rb: Supports multi-image item feature
• scripts/once/migrate_alt_text.rb: Supports migration to new spotlight alt text feature for solr doc widgets - after this code is deployed and the script is run, we'll be able to remove this old alt text feature completely.
