It might be good to create a few different themes and share with the spotlight committee for feedback on staging (or via a demo since otherwise they'll have to create a stg account) before we deploy to prod? What do you think?

This is further experimentation with the idea of introducing new themes for shared use, in this case just a small variant using standard Cornell serif font for main content headings. In the process, I did some cleanup of thumbnail displays on "Appearance" admin page.
