I implemented two fairly simple use cases:

  • Customize the HTML form login screen, eg remove Forgot Username and add an extra UI element
  • Completely replace the authentication selection screen

The code is meant only to be cleanly separated and demonstrate an extensibility approach, to get developers connected.
