This documents cvmfs_swissknife ingestsql command.

Deployed for preview at https://autkin.net/tmp/doc-cvmfs/html/cpt-swissknife.html

There is a small cleanup in a separate commit.

It caused warnings "document isn't included in any toctree".

This file is an exact duplicate of part-advanced.rst and apparently was
added by mistake.

Fixes: commit d321508 ("warn of fuse-t issues")

Looks great! Only suggestion I have is to move it here: https://autkin.net/tmp/doc-cvmfs/html/cpt-repo.html#grafting-files Instead of a separate section on swissknife.

Actually we may also be missing a convenience wrapper cvmfs_server ingestsql. For other swissknife commands we typically have a cvmfs_server "wrapper" command that loads the config and uses this to fill most of the parameters. I'll look into this

@vvolkl would you accept documentation of swissknife ingestsql command into the repo, or only cvmfs_server ingestsql? Asking regardless of which section anything would go.

Hopefully cvmfs_server is the same as swissknife but just easier to use, so for user-facing documentation I think it makes sense to show cvmfs_server. If there's a good reason to use cvmfs_swissknife that can be used too.

If it's OK for you I will replace current latest branch with mkdocs, before merging this, so this PR should be changed to markdown.
