Tested with vs2019-x64, db-5.3.28, sqlite-3380500 and openssl-1.1.1o. There are 14 plugins in 'plugins/NTMakefile', 12 of them were built success. |

Some plugins are going to be deleted, such as kerberos4. May want to check the open tickets on that as well. |
