Fixed in 6245901. The {{< include >}} shortcode in the index.qmd code example was being processed by Quarto as an actual include directive. Escaped it with {{\< ... \>}} so Quarto renders it as literal text without trying to resolve the path.

Fixed in 3f73d4f.

I investigated both pages and confirmed the root cause: the include-in-header loader was fetching macros.qmd at runtime, but macros.qmd was not being published in the preview site (404). I fixed that by publishing macros.qmd as a Quarto project resource (_quarto.yml) and also hardened the loader to update MathJax.config.tex.macros in addition to MathJax.tex.macros.

I also corrected the docs/claims: in this shortcode demo, \providecommand macros (including \floor) do render in HTML/RevealJS, so the prior “ignored” claim was inaccurate.

Fixed in fabab9c.

I updated the RevealJS include-in-header demo so the Code column stays literal code and only the Output column is typeset math:

Added MathJax skip-tag config in macros-header.html to ignore code/pre.
Updated the Code column cells in demo-include-in-header.qmd to use literal HTML-entity code text (so they are preserved as code).

I re-rendered locally and verified the slide output.
