v1.2 for Minecraft 1.9.4, Forge 12.17.0.1976

Backported v1.2 changes to Minecraft 1.9.4.

The major change in v1.2 is the ability to work without an xpSeed. Most people won't ever notice or need this, but on certain servers this information is masked, and EnchantmentRevealer can work on these servers now. (At a slower speed - it takes about a minute to go through all the possibilities.)

Also includes a patch for issue #3 .
