Description of changes:
The minimum of the quadratic convex function is at$-\mathbf{Q}^{-1} \mathbf{c}$ , so the rewritten objective function has two terms equal to $\mathbf{x} + \mathbf{Q}^{-1} \mathbf{c}$ not $\mathbf{x} - \mathbf{Q}^{-1} \mathbf{c}$ .
I fixed these typos in 12.6.
