General: Update translations from Crowdin

What changed

Updated Khmer (km) app translations from Crowdin.

Technical Context

• Routine Crowdin sync. Only the Khmer update passed validation this round (47 strings across the main app, common data, and Deduplicator modules).
• Validation reverted defective contributions from other locales rather than shipping them:
  • eu (Basque): a "7 days" value changed to "1 day"; an incorrect mid-sentence capitalization
  • fr (French): a typo that broke a word ("la" → "a")
  • id (Indonesian): an inconsistent capitalization change
  • ne (Nepali): a plural form dropped a placeholder, which would crash at runtime
  • Fastlane store descriptions (ja, th, zh-CN, zh-HK, zh-TW): all had pervasive copy-paste duplication and some garbled characters — fully reverted, not committed
• One Khmer string needed a manual fix where an upstream edit had replaced the XML name attribute's quotes with curly quotes, breaking the resource compile.
• ./gradlew assembleFossDebug passes.
