chore(registry): pin react snippet @requires ranges to ~1.2.0
185fda0 
On the 1.2 maintenance line, bump react snippets whose @requires used a .0 patch up to ~1.2.0 so the published registry's compat check reflects the 1.2 release. Snippets introduced at a specific patch keep their original range (content-placeholder: @seed-design/react ~1.2.8, @seed-design/css ~1.2.6). Regenerate the registry JSON.
